In general, it is not economical for inspecting the specification by labor. AOI(Automatic Optical Inspection) method has been widely used for many industrial inspection. In this thesis, computer vision technology was used to inspect the parameters of the produced carrier tape. These parameters were analyzed and feed back to modify the machine’s parameters for producing a high quality carrier tape.
