The construction industry has more uncertain change, such that we should pay more efforts on engineering risk control. Not only to keep construction safety but also to keep off loss. Risk management has to take risk identification and analysis first. In the past, the engineer to deal with risk is design to take higher safety coefficient or by engineer experience to handle and less to create an engineering risk identification and analysis model systematized. This study is try to use Grey system theory and Fuzzy set theory to create an engineering risk identification and analysis model and use the engineering risk of tunnel squeezing potential to test suitable for risk assessment. Results of this study show that (1) After picking risk assessment factors by grey relation analysis, risk analysis can reduce the influence by the same type factors, (2) This model can take risk assessment by accumulating construction record data to go back to analysis providing more information assist risk management in decision making.
