Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 農業機械工程學系 === 90 === Because of the development in biotechnology, the plant tissue culture technology was widely applied in agriculture. Growth of plant tissue cultures was not only affected by composition of inner medium but also influenced by outer temperature, light flux density, lighting cycle and spectral distribution of light. In general, growers make medium composition and control the outer temperature, light flux density and lighting cycle by their experiences. However, growers usually neglect the effect of spectral distribution of light. It is necessary to study the difference between the traditional light source and the light source increased the rate of red light(610-710nm)and blue light(410-510nm). The basis information of the influence of lighting spectra on tissue culture growth can help growers to choose light source. The growth of Zantedeschia hybrida Hort. Plantlets was observed under the light source with much more red light(610-710nm)or blue light(410-510nm). Their fresh weight, dry weight, roots, root length, shoots and chlorophyll contents were better then that of traditional light source. The treatment the higher intensity light source with much more red light(610-710nm), make plantlets were shorter. As Phalaenopsis Plantlets were cultured under the light source with much more red light(610-710nm). Their fresh weight, dry weight, roots , root length, wide length and leaf area were increase obviously. This plantlet had the highest chlorophyll contents grow under the light source with much more blue light(410-510nm).
