| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系 === 90 === Civil Engineering is a broad application science, which contains expertise of structural, geotechnical, environmental, hydraulic and construction. The research provides an improvement strategy to help the engineers make right decisions. However, a good decision making system needs sufficient information, good tools and enough experience.
This project refers the concept of the decision support system (DSS) to construct a computer-aided support system for hydraulic engineering. Although DSS should be under a strongly information mode, this research only provides an implement of river management database Internet which refers the concept of knowledge management and database management system (DBMS). This project also provides a simple interface of viewing the related information through an Internet browser. In the future, a complete hydraulic engineering’s DSS can be established by connecting to model database.
