Six chapters based on this study are as follow: Chapter Ⅰ Is the introduction , which explains the emotivations and the objectives of research , It also describes the research scope as well as defines the approach ,and methodology。 Chapter Ⅱ Is an analysis of theory , It discusses the theory of organizational change .and the service quality。 Chapter Ⅲ Focuses on the status of Taiwan post office management. facing challenge and the background of reform and the profiles of organization change in the post office from different nation。 Chapter Ⅳ Design of research,included the structure of analysis,the concept establish and the case introduction。 .
