Summary: | 碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 行政管理碩士學程 === 90 === Confronting the keen competition of globalization and liberalization in the world , each advanced nation propels the renovation of its thoughts and strategies , The post office in Taiwan follows this trend and has been searching for a way to strengthen its global presence , break through difficulty and increase the competency and the quality of its service through organizational change , The important key of organizational change is a reform of concept , Organizational change in Taiwan’s post office primarily presents the mentality of business management , therefore it could set up a renovation , flexible and adaptable enterprise in order to reinforce its service quality , resource management and competency , This thesis will discuss the organizational change and the service quality of the public and the employee’s attitude .
Six chapters based on this study are as follow:
Chapter Ⅰ Is the introduction , which explains the
emotivations and the objectives of research , It
also describes the research scope as well as defines
the approach ,and methodology。
Chapter Ⅱ Is an analysis of theory , It discusses the theory
of organizational change .and the service quality。
Chapter Ⅲ Focuses on the status of Taiwan post office
management. facing challenge and the background of
reform and the profiles of organization change in
the post office from different nation。
Chapter Ⅳ Design of research,included the structure of
analysis,the concept establish and the case
introduction。 .
