Summary: | 碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 資訊科學學系 === 90 === The production information portal system is aimed at information management problems that occurred in production process of manufacturing. As we developed it, we adopted characteristics of information portal, concept of configurable control service and intelligent agent technology. Therefore, this system not only provides the function of real-time production status monitoring, but also fulfils every kind of users' information demand on their job. Furthermore, it offers fully information support of decision-making. In other words, it plays a role as an information common gateway.
In order to develop it with functions of status monitoring and real-time reaction, we took advantage of the modeling method, which is named STATEMATE. STATEMATE has three steps: structural decomposition by module-chart, functional analysis by activity-chart and operational description by state-chart. By the three charts, we built up the conceptual model of system.
Besides, we implemented the model and provided friendly user interface for users to subscribe information and created agents to execute the monitoring jobs and notification jobs. Additionally, we also presented the result of analysis on the portal site.
At last, we simulated the interaction between different departments in the scenario of semiconductor fabrication. After simulation and testing, we could verify that the production information portal system is certainly conductive to solving production problems.
