And more and more of the developers are jumping on the wave in a somewhat untapped market sector, how best to propose study in senior community residential investment projects has become an issue that interests both the government and the property developers. In light of which, this thesis attempts, by showcasing the Shuan Ho project, to map out a principle to be included in a probability study for developing senior residential community projects that calls for conventional financial logistics and analysis in the strategic and marketing perspectives with which to offer constructive references to relevant authorities and property developers. As the findings concluded by the evaluation, this article will provide the feasibility assessment and developing into a running plan. From the actual showcase study of the senior residential community, developers incorporating this case into their investment proposal will surely add value and effectiveness to their actual investment project.
