E-business include of Intranet, Extranet and Internet. Now competition of business to business is transform into supply chain to supply chain. Therefore, e-business use platform of information technology, communication technology and Internet to connect with outside businesses and collaborating. It’s important trend. Our call it “e-business Collaboration Orientation”. Our research forces on what is “e-business collaboration orientation”? What are their definition, dimensions and content? How to do? What are influence factors? How to affect buyer-supplier relationship? We used information orientation model by Marchand et al.(2000). Base on collaborative situation to modify and development dimensions and content of e-business collaboration orientation. This paper select LITEON and Acer to conduct case study. The results of research show that(1)There is leader in the process of e-business collaboration orientation. Leader dominates the process of e-business collaboration orientation. Leader starts to collaborates with first tier and continue to second tier.(2)It should be inside-out, and company must have readiness to integrate.(3)If the systems are different in organization, we could use interface design to integrate(4)The relationship of e-business collaboration orientation and buyer-supplier relationship.
