Therefore, the way to coordinate it, which is called Supply Chain Management (SCM), attracts more attention than before, and many enterprises spend a lot efforts implementing it. At the same time, how to evaluate the performance of implementing SCM is of increasing importance. Based on the literature review, we find out that the main approach to evaluate the performance of implementing SCM is to measure the flexibility of the manufacturers. As a result, this study focuses on IT manufacturers in Taiwan, and tries to understand how various SCM activities affect manufacturers’ flexibility capabilities to face the market challenges. We survey Taiwanese IT manufacturers and analyze the feedback data through Regression Analysis. The result points out that implementing Supply Chain Management does improve manufacturing flexibility. Some managerial insights are provided.
