When the corporate want to increase the business value, they must accelerate the corporate knowledge fluid and make the corporate knowledge to transfer and reuse. Let the corporate members could use the knowledge to solve the problems and make the contribution for the corporate. So, this paper wish could start at the basic knowledge management factors to investigate the knowledge management factors how to influence the knowledge reuse? And try to find out the relationship between knowledge reuse and knowledge reuse process.
This paper sample comes from semiconductor and photoelectric industry and also includes large service chain stores and total 110 pieces sample. This paper uses statistic analysis including ANOVA, regression and canonical analysis.
After study there are some conclusions, first, in the corporate, a novice if want reuse the knowledge in deeply and enlarge, he should use face to face meeting to get explicit knowledge. Second, if corporate knowledge wants to transfer should coordinate the knowledge management factors will achieve the right knowledge reuse situation. Third, corporate knowledge reuse and knowledge reuse process should be coordinated too, then will come to the right knowledge extend situation. For example, in the knowledge reuse, if want to achieve to the index of deeply and enlarge, should pass the reuse procedure in get, reuse and package three steps.
So, corporate knowledge management want to have substance advantage should be start at the knowledge extends and make sure that the corporate members could reuse the corporate core knowledge. That will make substance contribution for the corporate.
