Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 90 === The study was conducted to understand the implementation and performances of electronics business through the review of related literature and a questionnaire survey. With descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA analysis, the results of the questionnaire was analyzed to gain an understanding of how well the concept of electronic business has been implemented in Taiwan. Also, a correlation analysis between different types of implementation and performance was conducted to find out the impact of different implementation methods on the performance in developing e-business solutions. Based on the results of the study, some recommendations were made to improve the performances of adapting e-business solutions.
Findings of the study are followings:
1. For different industries, the sequences that enterprises adapt e-business solutions are somewhat different. In General , ERP was performed not only earlier but also more completed than other e-business solutions.
2. The methodologies of developing e-business solutions could be categorized into three types: outsourcing, top-down, and user-oriented . In terms of the number of sample, enterprises outsourced their e-business solutions mostly, and developed their e-business solutions in the user-oriented method rarely. In terms of performances, however, e-business solutions developing with user-oriented method affected the performances the most, compared to outsourcing and top-down development methods; outsourcing method had the least effect on the performance.
3. The performances of e-business solutions were comprised of two parts: business performance and operational performance.
4. Different implementation type of different methods had different effects on business performance, operational performance, and overall performances.
