The dielectric properties from room temperature to 600℃ were measured. The piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties at room temperature were also measured. It showed some change about structure, Curie-Weiss temperature, relative permittivity, electromechanical coupling factor, remnant polarization, by chemical substitutions.
