Abstract
Ferroelectric materials of the Ca1-XBi2+YTa2O9 and CaBi2Ta2XNb2-2XO9 system were synthesized by solid-state reaction sintering method, and their crystal structures were refined by X-ray powder diffraction. The dielectric properties from room temperature to 600℃ were measured. The piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties at room temperature were also measured. It showed some change about structure, Curie-Weiss temperature, relative permittivity, electromechanical coupling factor, remnant polarization, by chemical substitutions.
