Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 90 === Abstract Using computer technology in textile industry is a positive tendency, although traditional polyester dyeing technology is well known. TRIZ is a Russian acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem. Solving created by Genrich.Altshuller in 1946. In this study, instead of trial error, an optimized way could be found in solving problems with TRIZ and it’s software. Fine diner polyester causes many problems with the dyeing process such as lower color yield and lower color fastness of the dyed fabrics. The objective of this work is to improve the color depth of the polyester fabric after treated by plasma technique with TRIZ and TechOptimize 3.0. The software shows plasma etching can cause fiber surface roughness, It was observed that the change in the surface structure of the polyester fabric, lowering the white light’s reflection. Thus, the deeper depth of shade of fine diner polyester is achieved and dyestuff needs and costs are decreased.
