The cross-linked polyurethane copolymers were synthesized with different molar ratio of the compounds . The main purpose of the research is to use benzoic diol to increase the heat stability and the physical properties of polyurethane. Furthermore, we utilize the unsaturated double-bond to cross-link the polymer. The objective of environmental protection by reducing the solvent can be achieved. Finally, we use FTIR and bromine titration to determine the percentage of cross-links in the polyurethane. By using elementary analysis, we found the experiment values were close to theoretical values. From the experimental DSC results, the cross-linked polyurethane copolymers increase Tgh with the increase of the cross-linking density. From mechanical property measurements, it demonstrates that the modulus and the strength of the cross-linked polyurethane copolymers are higer than that of the traditional polyurethane. From the X-ray diffraction pattern , it demonstrates that the cross-linked polyurethane copolymers could not crystallize. none 汪輝雄 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW |
