The main purpose of this study is to understand the current situations, needs and visions of the e-Learning environment for Taiwan’s hearing - impaired students by survey methods (interview and questionnaire). Based on the results of the survey, some relevant advice to plan an e-Learning environment for deaf students were suggested from the system developmental point of view.
