Most of the companies will move to the low cost countries to reduce the cost. As for ROC, Mainland China is a proper place for investment. However, companies should evaluate their financial status and analyze the market before taking the steps in investing. The theme of this article is as follows, 1.Apply case-study method to analyze the financial status of different companies in the high-tech industry and know how they operate. 2.Research for the papers to define high-tech industry. 3.Know how the semi-conductor industry operates and the market shares of each company. 4.Analyze the strength and weakness of the high-tech industry and suggest the solutions. High-technology industry is the trend of nowadays. It is time for the enterprise to think about how to operate their companies normally and invest to other related fields. Also, the traditional industries should find a way to survive in today’s changeable world.
