Simplified process and high-speed disposal by computers have shortened people’s waiting time and have eased them of pains for transportation to and fro, which has won highly affirmation and popularity of people. The introduction of computerization system, however, may result in changes of identity and reality from organization operation, staff, authority, communication and organization structure, what’s called, organization interior environmental system, also accompanied by resistance. The best way of solution is to gain staff’s identity and affirmation first. As a result, innovation can be put into practice. The research is to probe employees’ reflection on organization Achievement after practicing computerization, and further analyze the connection between practice of computerization and organization achievement. Discoveries from research were as follow: 1、Staff with different character vary wildly in organization achievements. 2、Staff with different character vary wildly in computerization satisfaction. 3、The higher employees’ satisfaction with computerization is, the higher their achievements to organization will be.
