It is a business process that allows companies to drastically improve their bottom line of quality by improving and designing process activities in way that minimize process deviation and upgrading process capacity while increasing customer satisfaction. One of the improving cycles of 6σ is DMAIC,meaning Define, Measure ,Analyze, Improve and Control The DMAIC improving cycle guides companies into making fewer mistakes in everything they do. It also provides specific methods to re-create the process so that defects and errors never arise in the first place. The research results show the followings : according to the base of DMAIC improving cycle to structure a problem improving framework for upgrading process capacity and make use of improving framework to solve the uniformity problem finally, and get the good results of upgrading the process capacity to comform the customer satisfaction and persuing continuous improvement.
