The first protocol is designed for the electronic document transfer between two parties without the trusted third party. The features of this protocols is the document can keep integrity and nonrepudiation and mutual authentication. On the other hand, the second and third protocols are designed for the electronic document transfer between two parties with the trusted third party. They possess all the eatures of the first protocol. For the second protocol, the trusted third party stores the signature of digest of transferred document signed by the two parties without the transferred document. For the third protocol, the transferred document with the signature of its digest signed by the two parties are stored by the trusted third party. The main results of our study are as follows. (1) Protect the document be transferred securely. (2) Provide mutual signatures to enhance the identity authentication. (3) Promote the applications up to the commercial quality.
