To keep Taiwan competitive, the key point that the Government has to do is to e-enable and digitize as soon as possible. The main purpose for an e-enabled and digitized government is to provide citizens faster and better services in a new century. Without being limited by the working hour and location, an e-Government could provide anytime anywhere services to the public. An e-Government Portal bridges the communication between the government and citizens over the internet. The portal is not only for the government to provide services to the public, but also offers high-quality information and services such as news, politics, announcements, search engine and so on. Because of so many services and functions provided by the e-Government Portal website, It becomes so important to study that “How to Design an User-Friendly Human-Computer Interface?” to prevent users get lost in the site. To achieve this destination, one has to spend time to communicate with customers and users, and to consider the difficulties while constructing. Moreover, keep trying to find a better solution for the user interface design.
