How to motivate and develop employees to improve performance becomes the key competitive edge for business. The present study investigated the relationship between quality of work life(QWL)and organizational performance on three selected companies. Results of analyses on 275 collected data indicated that: 1.Participants'' gender, marital status, and the hours of work are not related to QWL and its six dimensions. 2.Participants'' age is negatively related to promotion/compensation and participation management dimensions of QWL. 3.The first level managers'' satisfaction on growth is significantly higher than those employees. Middle and high level managers'' satisfaction of participation is significantly higher than those employees. 4.Employees'' salary is positively related to job satisfaction, interpersonal interaction, and life security dimensions of QWL. 5.Seniority is negatively related to promotion/compensation dimensions of QWL. 6.The overall quality of work life score and its six dimensions are significantly related to both finicial and non-finicial firm performance.
