The result can be adopted by all the related organizations dealing with the pre-incident, early stage and the developed incident operations.
The expected output of this research is the “Standard Operation Procedures for Emergency Response & Rescue” of Shiue Shan Tunnel of Pei-Yi Freeway that can be applied to the many incidents (especially the fire) scenarios to help the AHJ to response any incident within tunnel very effectiveness & efficiency. Therefore, the reduction of life & property loss of freeway tunnel can be expected.
