Besides human factors, they are aircaft structure, avionics system’s hardware and software designs, production,and manufacturing ,etc, that contribute to those aspects, During those processes, quality assurance is the most important thing. Developing ISO 9000 series is a basic way for every industries to manufacturer a qualified product. Manufacturers need to define a system development plan and document all the corrections and caliberations activities during the development process. Additionally, manufacturers need to analyse the rightousness of the caliberations activitiesin order to comply with the plan.The products have to pass the quality assurance standard certificate and fulfill the airworthiness certificate before they can be installed and used on a airplane. If furthermore they are going to be used in foreign airplane, the domestic civil aviation authority (In Taiwan, it’s CAA),must sign a bilateral airworthiness contract with the foreign government.
