All economic activities on the island are global. When the world economy goes recession, all the construction companies are finding out the ways to improve the competition. Unfortunately most of construction companies in Taiwan are small-capitalization, and the market of construction is full of two many companies, creating the advantage of competition for the construction companies become the most important items. “Quality” is the fundamental requirement. Through the promotion of the system of International Standard Organization (ISO), Quality is the international common language. Originally, activities of Quality management are particular jobs for someone or some purposes. Wow. Quality is a kind of conscious, behavior and custom to create the business culture. For a small-cap company, Quality is the minimum requirement to match the specifications. How to execute the activities of Quality management to improve the competitive power for the small-cap companies are also discussed in this paper. We should identify the studying scope for this paper first. By the data collecting and researching the relative papers, we find out the activities to practice the T.Q.M.(Total Quality Management)process is the critical element. Associated with the cycle of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)and Quality control each procedure on schedule, the advantage of competition is combined with Quality management together. We visit and interview the small-cap construction companies to understand the difficulties about executing the activities of Quality management for them, and try to find out some effective ways to improve their current condition, such as: educational training, practicing Quality management activities, checking profitability....and etc. We offer some proposals in the paper to the construction companies, if the have long-term plan to develop to be “large-capitalized” or “professional”. 賀力行 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW |
