Business culture has the important organizational value, believe, understanding and principle shared by all employees. Business culture also has some significant impacts upon business management.Training is an essential path to achieve human development and business success in an organization. However, the training cost or investment is also been aware by Human Resource because of its expensiveness:
Would the training result be able to meet the business expectation?
If the cost of training could feedback the business? Would training bring up employee working performance?
Therefore, business management would want to realize the importance of business culture and pay attention to the investment for training.
This paper has been trying to study in these areas:
- The business organization should demand education/training
within a business culture.
- How investment in the training could generate high
performance for the business organization.
- How the business culture causes and effects within the
business organization.
The focus of this research paper is to study what the correlation degree is between the need of education/training that came from employees'' internal desire, the demand came from external factors and the training process. The paper also has the study of the correlation between education/training and the organizational performance. With the efforts from this research, the author wishes the business industry will be aware of the importance of business culture and education training:
- The demand of education training shows significant
correlation in organization performance.
- The investment in education training also shows significant
correlation organization performance.
Since the correlation came from both are so positive, the business industry should make efforts in education training in their business to enhance and achieve better business performance.
