In the white book published by Council for culture affairs pointed that culture is a base of country and also is a trace of people living. So, culture construction is one of the most important index to prosperous and strong the country.
By the way, if we import private to invest the culture constructions, it‘s a good resolution that the public constructions of culture unremitting could be carried on. There are advantages like saving the government expenses, improving the enterprise appearance, and participate aspiration of citizen.
In this paper, we will do such research: 1.References review. 2. Analysis and discuss the mechanism of private to invest the culture constructions. 3. The case study of the Pei-Tou hot spring museum by NPV method. We will also discuss the not-market-value economical benefit in this case.
Different simulations of private investigations will be discussed to estimate the economical benefit of investors. We will also bring up some not-market-value economical benefits, which can improve the public welfare of an industry and identification of employee. At last, we will focus on some possible problems and some resolutions will be mentioned.
