Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械系 === 90 === In this thesis, a model based learning servo control of injection molding process is considered. The control objective is to achieve good tracking performance of a user specified injection molding control profile consisting of desired filling speed, holding pressure, and filling to holding switchover. Because of the short injection cycle and long process time constants, the transient performance determines the effectiveness of an injection molding control. In order to achieve high transient performance, Iterative Learning Control (ILC) is considered. Nonlinear analysis of ILC control with injection molding dynamic model is conducted and its performance is evaluated on an injection molding machine.
