The access to beat others is to elevate its quality. It needs to incorporate the enterprise and all its employees to come up with more creativity so that the company can lead the industry by offering better services and new products. To cultivate the power of creativity is not an easy job but the whole industry or society can be richer in creativeness if more efforts on the phase of education can be focused earlier. Nowadays there is some software for improving creativity but most of them are aimed to supply with material or help to provide with a sensation to generate more power. Few among them teach the user methods to raise creativity by themselves. How to apply with Computer Assisted Instruction to overcome the restriction of time and distance to increase the power of creativity for students become the major topics of this research. This research aims to build a Creativity-Support Knowledge-based System which restores creative problem solving techniques based on Couger, et al.(1993) & Couger (1995) theories, by which a Creativity-Support Assisted Instruction System (CSAIS) is developed. An on-line questionnaire survey as a research approach is applied to indicate general viewpoints of users to CSAIS.
