Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 90 === This study examines relationships between e-commerce business model and human resource management strategy. And a theoretical framework for implementing HRM based on e-commerce strategy perspective is proposed by way of logical inference. Further-more, an empirical research is conducted to verify this model.
The finding show that the relations mentioned above is significant. That is, after identifying business model, the companies under e-commerce environment have to regulate their HRM strategy to properly match with the characteristics of business strategies and operational model. In addition, the theoretical framework is valid, therefore, can be referable basis for companies to carry out e-commerce in new economy.
