| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊工程研究所 === 90 === When we look at the trend of Internet in these years, we see that personalization is more and more important. Most portal and E-commerce sites provide such service, but most of search engines lack personalization service.
In the thesis, we developed some new features for search engines. These features are designed from the viewpoint of users. We hope to provide a better search tool for users. Firstly, we modify the architecture of traditional search engine. We collocate the search engine and profile management system. Let users subscribe and search the recent information in the search engine. Secondly, we have new ranking, dynamic ranking, in addition to conventional ranking. Users could get different output sequence of search results according to what they need. And they can find what they want more rapidly.
