Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 物理系 === 90 === We found that ferrimagnetic/ferromagnetic Mn3O4 / Fe3O4 superlattices were grown on MgO(100)and MgO(110)with antiferromagnetically or ferromagnetically coupled at the interface . In the thesis,we change Mn3O4 from 10 Å to 160 Å , which has much layer thickness so that the interface effect can be compared with previous results . We used a SQUID to measure a series of M-H and M-T curves and from those data to find . When Mn3O4 from 10 Å to 160 Å . The interface were be change from parallel to antiparallel coupling . We also find with grown on MgO(110), the compensation point were changed by the direction of the external field . This behavior of Mn3O4 / Fe3O4 is probably related to an anisotropy effect of Mn3O4 . Mn3O4 moment persists to the external field direction even when the magnitude is relatively smaller . Since the Curie temperature of Mn3O4 and Fe3O4 is 43K and 858K respectively . The anisotropy were existed at T<55K and it quickly increase with decreasing temperature .
