In order to achieve the purposes mentioned above, this study had four parts of inclusions by analyzing the developments of the women-centred educational programs in USA and UK, with the method of qualitative research and the process of in-depth interviews, which abstracted as following: Ⅰ The study of the needs of learning parts of the cases 1. It is necessary to offer reserved courses in order to help the adult women who were away from the school for a long period of time to regain their learning ability and increase their confidence. 2. We can promote the motivations and incentives of the adult women to accept the higher-recurrence education by setting up the school system corresponding to what they want. 3. Supplying various instructional ways suited to the adult women with discussions, conversations, shares and student-centered to benefit their learning developments. Ⅱ The study of the currents of learning of the cases 1. Although equally emphasizing in theories and practices was the curriculum design for studying popularized-education, but most parts of women considered practical courses as the best. 2. It is helpful to the learning results if the methods could elastically correspond to the learning characteristics of the adult women. 3. To establish the school-entered method and evaluations of the scores fitting to adult women can encourage adult women to enjoy learning interests and achievements. 4. It is required actually to supply the supportive measures and learning services. 5. Most samples expect sincerely that the government or school could provide counseling and opportunities in employment. Ⅲ The study of the currents and problems of the higher-recurrence education conducted by the institution and objects 1.Planning an higher-recurrence education which was women-centered, and specially designed for adult women is beneficial to women who are willing to finish the college degree, but it was rejected by most parts of people in charge. 2.The colleges require the mainly controlling authority in popularized-education. 3.The popularized-education in colleges were lacking in the numbers of instructors. 4.People who studied popularized-education should share the most parts of the money in proportion themselves. 5.The school has to sustain the sources of students by arranging different credits and courses with a series of complete courses planning from sub-bachelor, bachelor, master degrees, according to the laws and needs. Ⅳ The study of the discussion of the approaches about higher-recurrence education sponsorial institution and objects 1. The different districts could cooperate in production and learning by considering in different school-running methods. 2. Setting up a credit system which recognized experiences. 3. To meet the WTO effects and to stride forward the internationalization, colleges could take strategic alliance, continual innovation, permanent operation into consideration, but some people rejected it. (page 2) According to the research, this study brought up the suggestions of feasible approaches and probational plans to supply the references for the institutions who will attend to set up the higher-recurrence education for adult women in the future, as followed: ⅠProbational plans of feasible approaches 1. Goal of planning 2. Objects 3. The sources and operations of funds 4. Staffing and sources of teachers 5. Managing methods 6. The contents of curricula 7. Supportive measures 8. Laws and regulations 9. Degree-awarding and employments of counseling Ⅱ The suggestions of feasible approaches 1. The courses aimed at women-centered for adult women. 2. The revises and looseness of related laws. 3. Combining business resources to cooperate production and learning, and to establish the business-learning culture. 4. Each popularized-education center could operate in coordination with the revises of college laws in the future by a serious of complete planning of school courses from certification-upgrading→credits-balancing→sub-bachelor degree-awarding→bachelor degree, giving the learners to have multiple-choice for the purpose of continuing learning motivations. 5. To set up a system of learning-achievement approval and learning-accumulation recognition. Ⅲ The suggestions for future researches 1. Comparing all popularized-education centers in the nation, expanding their ranges to find the differences between them and to obtain the most treasurable and valuable methods. 2. Selecting cases of study through the districts of aboriginals and remote areas in order to construct more thorough higher-recurrence education of women-centered. 3. Adopting the methods different to the qualitative researches to proceed investigations and verifications.
