It is hoped that the result of the study can serve as worth-noticing information to the authorities concerned. Twelve from thirty-eight community colleges were selected randomly as subjects for questionnaires. Data were collected through statistics analysis. The findings are as follows: First, the community college learners are highly motivated on the average and interest is the top factor. Second, the evaluation of learning satisfaction on community college learners are commonly high, especially the evaluation toward their teachers’ instruction. Third, the higher learning motivation the learners have, the higher satisfaction degree they perceive in their learning. Six suggestions are proposed: first, the administrative authorities of community colleges should ensure its legal status owing to the recently legislation. Then, Central government should plan the financial support. Besides, the community colleges should effectively give learners guidelines to learning, provide the training of voluntary-workers, encourage the participation of elementary and middle school teachers in their communities, finally, increase the professional competence of community college instructors. Furthermore, this study provides three suggestions for future studies. First, the subjects can focus on the differences of genders. Second, the variables can be the correlation among learners’ learning evaluation index, curriculum design, development of professionals, training of voluntary-workers, community construction, etc. Third, the methods can be adopted by observation, in-depth interview or empirical design.
