Part II: Synthesis of Erybraedins C
The titanium-catalyzed reaction of various 2H-chromenes and 2-alkoxy-1,4-benzoquinones stereoselectively yielded [2+3] adduct. Thus, conversion of palladium-catalyzed coupling gave final product.
