How to find out the insecure situations and behaviors completely from the likely hazardous factors and make the accidents shock down, the Risk Assessment and afterwards management won’t be exempt. Enterprise will be the most gainer following Risk Assessment executions; however, asset and pecuniary are necessary. OHSAS 18001 has an important item with emphasis on Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. The optimum strategic decision will be provided by computerized assessment system. The primary purpose for this study is to offer the human a tool with sciential, convenient, and computerized input medium on hazardous identifying. The methods include the items of software programs learning, System programs determining, the software programs testing and revising, and systematize package: software packing with package programs. Above 75% user to think this computerized assessment system there have no debug、a operation with all conveniences、risk assessment & hazard control function make fitting actuality, hazardous identifying had practical conform to our demand after user trying & testing computerized assessment system practice by question item result. Therefore, computerized assessment system have more add, revise, delete & query function the complete works, administration promotes effect.
