Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 89 === At present, for the machining methods of minimum grooves, it uses these ways of Micro End Mills、Etching、EDWC、Laser Ablation and fabricate Rotating Disk Electrode to be the majority‧ However,with the limitation of sizes and shapes of machining tools,when the width of minimum grooves less than 0.1mm, it would be quite much difficulty to manufacture‧ In order to cooperate with the demand of manufacture miniaturization and precision,in this research,it uses Micro-EDM to produce single slices or several slices of Micro Rotating Disk Electrode that thickness is about 10 μm‧ Moreover, it takes advantage to the Micro Rotating Disk Electrode to proceed Microstructure Cut Manufacture on the same Micro-EDM mechanical to make up for the faults of machining methods in the past‧ In this research,selecting WC、Titanium and Graphite to be the materials of Rotating Disk Electrode,stainless steel(SUS 304) and SKD 3 to be the manufacture materials of Microstructure grooves,it explores the influence in materials characteristics and transformation of parameters to the minimum structure size of Micro Rotating Disk Electrode‧ Besides to aim at material remove rate、electrode wear rate、surface roughness、shapes of precision、coating、and the outcome of insulating materials proceeds exploration‧
