Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 89 === In an era of intense competition, in order to retain its competitive advantages, an organization must respond quickly to the abrupt changes in its environment. The concept of virtual enterprise, which emphasizes dynamic composition, dissolution, and goal-driven integration of core competences, has drawn much attention lately. Composed of many organizations, a virtual enterprise relies on the close coordination among its members to conduct its operations. Consequently, the construction and deployment of IT-based coordination mechanisms plays an important role in the facilitation of virtual enterprises. Based on the meta research methodology, the thesis compiles many virtual enterprise coordination-related research works and uses two dimensions, namely, virtual enterprise life cycle phases and interorganizational coordination tasks, to analyze and classify the various underlying technologies. The purpose of the thesis is to provide a general survey of the subject and to propose a reference model for the construction of IT-based virtual enterprise coordination mechanisms.
