And the competition transform it’s type become another type between one chain and another chain. It’s not just between one company and another company anymore now. The interesting thing is supplier relationship. Relationship was hostile between company and it’s supplier in past time. But the relationship is cooperated in this age. This transformation will influence on supplier selection in SCM. So select a suitable supplier become an important SCM issue in this new age.There were some literatures about supplier selection in past research. But, these researches didn’t think about different kind of relationship between company and it’s supplier in EC age. So this study wants to develop an analysis model to select supplier and manage supplier in EC age.First, this research use supplier relationship portfolio model to analysis company strategy. Second, use the result from first step to analysis supplier characteristic, and analysis the function of SCM software. The result of this study explains that strategy of company influence on selecting supplier and supplier characteristic. The strategy is also influence on function of SCM software.
