Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電子與資訊工程研究所碩士班 === 89 === In this thesis, a fully differential low-voltage MOSFET-C bandpass- based VCO and a fully differential low-voltage MOSFET-C relaxation VCO are proposed. The amplitudes and frequencies of these VCOs can be accurately controlled by an applied voltage reference. Based on these two VCOs, we will design and implement two voice band low-voltage fifth-order elliptic lowpass filters with automatic tuning system. The concepts of this thesis are the MOSFET-C techniques, the operation of the MOSFET-C VCOs, the circuit design and implementation, and the simulation results.
