The system of advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) perform that technology of management planning and accentuate the synchronicity of balance of supply and demand, and take account of the optimal constraint of the enterprise resources, the real time and the capability of supply decision. And substitute or strengthen for the function of production planning and scheduling, that according to the mainly MRP logic planning of enterprise resource planning system (Such as, ERP, MRP 2.etc.). It would supply the product planning personnel to formulate the correlative decision, and to achieve the goal of quickly response planning of the client. Nevertheless, the application ambits of advanced Planning and Scheduling are very extensively, and each of the software vendor when who devised their system, whom may not necessarily to utilize fully that identity who covers the conception of the advanced Planning and Scheduling. Therefore, it actually has much of the room to develop and research in the application of conception, and to devise that diverse of mode of support decision in the different enterprise environment to satisfy the demand of enterprise. In view of the reason, this thesis will be aimed at the materiel planning of product planning, to address and ameliorate the planning of conventions materiel (MRP, MRP 2, ERP), and ameliorate what is talked above that drawback of the materiel planning system of the advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). With the way of Bottom-up, that whole of consideration that condition of supply and demand and constraint of enterprise (Such as, resources, yield), and frame that product planning in workable and reasonable for to planning that effect that to be provided with feasible and executable simultaneously, and support that planning personnel to establish the best time for purchase and the right decision. Also, exercise the object oriented from the basis of UML modeling language to analyze and devise that specifications of the exploit system model for that referral blueprint as the implementation system.
