| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 醫務管理研究所 === 89 === The aim of this research is to explore the operation of community health centers directed by Health Administration Office, Administration Committee, including the contents of operation, the influential factors of the contents of operation and the correlation between the contents of operation and the beneficial result. Objects of this research are persons in charge or persons who carry out community health centers. Modified Delphi technique is adopted and two rounds of survey are executed by the self-made questionnaire. There are 108 inquiries gathered that are valid. Data analyses include descriptive and deductive statistical analysis, such as analysis of variance, Scheffe''s posteriori comparison, analysis of Pearson correlation and stepwise regression.
The outcome of this research indicates that:
（1）. The basic properties of the institutions that run the community health centers
: Most institutions are hospitals, especially the district hospitals. The next one is foundation and the amount of foundation is less than 10 million NT dollars mostly. Among the institutions, the numbers of the private institutions are more than the public. The numbers of staff that the community health centers hired individually, including full-time and part-time are less than 5 for the most part. Nearly 60% of community health centers have activities to raise money. The majority of community health centers are at rural areas.（2）.Influential factors : Of the community characteristics the most satisfied one is the current situation of transportation and the least satisfied one is medical resource. In cognition of key successful factors and environmental variables, the most important one is community consciousness and community participation and the least important one is transportation.（3）.The operation of community health centers: Lectures on health are performed most frequently, but activity to raise money is done scarcely. The activities of six healthy subjects are carried out more often than average value. Of operational styles, the mixed style is used mostly. Leading style is utilized alone occasionally.（4）.The beneficial result: The response of 50 per cent of inquiries is ordinary and 35 per cent is satisfied or much satisfied.（5）.Some properties of the institutions which run the community health centers can affect the operation of community health centers.（6）.There is positive correlation between community characteristics, key successful factors, environmental variables and the operation of community health centers. Also there is positive correlation between the beneficial result and the operation of community health centers.
