Using as experiment method, adding a difference pressure between inside and outside of the cylinder. When the cylinder deforms, measuring relation between time to temperature and time to pressure. To make use of finite element analysis software to build up the model. Then control the variable and establish experiment form and contrast form. Analysis and compare these two groups to find a better design of cylindrical container. By using the numerical method, shorten the time of the process. It makes the procedure of design more efficient. The experiment and numerical method are roughly identical with each other. As the result of finite element analysis software, the model has more strength when the thickness of the container is 1.25mm, the height of the rib is 15mm. The thickness of the tube has great influence. So we take 1 to 1.25mm in every 0.05mm.
