The researcher would make some conclusions and suggestions according to the results for further reference. The subjects of this study consisted of 45 5-year-old young children. The design of this study was based on observation in natural context (free play), peers’ evaluation, interview and teachers evaluation. After that, the researcher conducted correlation variables analysis test and results analysis by Pearson Correlation. The findings were: 1. Young children’s play with perspective taking, positive and negative social behaviors and peers’ relationship (1)Young children’s interactive level had effects on perspective taking, positive and negative social behaviors and peers’ relationship, especially on peers’ relationships and positive social behaviors. (2)If interactive level combined with functional play, there would be significant correlation between functional play and peers’ relationship. (3)If constructive play combined with solitary play, there would be significant correlation among constructive play, peers’ relationships and positive social behaviors. (4)If solitary play combined with imaginative play, there would be strong effect on positive social behavior. (5)From (2), (3) and (4), people have to explore children’s play through both social play and cognitive play. (6)There were significant correlation among imaginative play, perspective taking and peers’ relationships, especially higher correlation between interactive-imaginative play and peers’ relationship. (7)There were significant correlation among game with rules, positive and negative social behaviors, especially higher correlation between interactive-game with rules play and positive and negative social behaviors. 2. Perspective taking, positive and negative social behaviors and peers’ relationship (1)There were significant positive correlation between peers’ relationships and positive social behaviors, and significant negative correlation between peers’ relationships and negative social behaviors. (2)There was significant correlation among peers’’ relationships and positive and negative social behaviors, probably related to interactive factor. There were some limits on observation of children’s play behaviors. Finally, the researcher made some suggestions according to the findings and limits for further reference. 柯平順 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 115 zh-TW
