In this work, we survey on the relative theorem and articles for the stock of raw materials. Subsequently the real product processes and information of a company were searched in the pass year. Based on the CRP of facilities, we apply the searched dates to analyzing the relationships between raw material and facilities to reduce the impacts of facilities on raw material. In addition of the well known concerning of the demand variation and lead time , we introduce three new factors, including the facility capital, the process and the business index to set the safety stock. By the above analyses, we can make the stock more safety and more suitable for companies. This can furthermore reduce the stress of budget and capital at the same requirement from customers.
