Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 統計學系 === 89 === The purpose for this research intends to construct an evaluation method that can adapt to current educational environments ,the fundamental of efficiency evaluating educational performance in the future.The statistical method and some proposed indices of performance in this article are used to analyze the teachers’ performance.
From this research we can find multi-optional subjects comparatively complicate for analyzing ,if we via performance indices and proper constrain ,than we can use the positive or negative value of indices of evaluation to judge the performance is good or bad.When the indices’ value is positive that manifests the performance is good; otherwise,if the value is negative, that means the performance is worse and need to improve. When the indices value is larger that means the performance is better, in another way, when the indices value is smaller that manifests the performance is worse.Although using two different optional ways to analyze is more simple.If it can accompanied with proper answer sheet and adequate evaluator, it not only can acquire the correct result of the evaluation,but also can discriminate the level of teachers;in addition,it can make researcher understsnd teachers’ performance and as standard for hiring.
Furthermore, the purpose for evaluation is to understsnd teachers’ performance, if it is good we should give them award, if it is not,teacher should know how to improve the teaching.Therefore,we will provide some practical suggestions in the furture research.
