Furthermore, The research would like to take this opportunity to address the problem of New Product development. This study is using the convenient sampling drawing from the member of a community of internet. The questionnaire is put on the website; the respondents can download the questionnaire and send it back by e-mail. The statistical methods of this research are including the Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Discriminate Analysis Cross-Table Analysis and Chi-squared test. The findings of this research are summarized as follows. 1. There are significant difference in age, marriage status and occupation in different segmentations. 2. There are significant differences in purchasing period and cost in different segmentations. 3. The motivation of consumer are needs of work, easy to communicate and entertainment. 4. The manufacturer should improve (1).First Priority easy to use, lengthen battery life、upgrade the DRAM、 strengthen the software compatibility and Chinese capability (2).Secondary Priority Increase the OS speed, data input speed, and Memory and wireless communication 5. Abstract:
