Additionally , using a information operation model to be a structure basement of information operation’s strategic and tactical .Next , the thesis explorer what is “strategic information warfare” and way nation need strategic information warfare .At Last , the thesis explored the information applications in Persian Gulf and Kosovo war . According to research above , the purpose of thesis is as follows : 1、 Arranging other experts’ information warfare theory and applying integral information warfare theory to be a basis of research. 2、 Promoting information operation’s level to strategic level : information warfare is not only belonged military category but also promote to strategic . 3、 Using Persian Gulf and Kosovo war to be examples to test the essence of information warfare .
