碩士 === 淡江大學 === 建築學系 === 89 === This research explicates the importance of water-resistance to arouse the attention and understand of designers, builders, users and investors to the leaking and infiltration problems and their influence on the building basement exterior wall of Taipei area is getting more and more serious. This research, intends to know the actual geological condition and method of water proofing design on building basement exterior wall of Taipei area, and records the conditions of leaking. Then, relevant information and materials are carefully studies to list the easy leaking locations on building basement exterior wall of Taipei area. Meanwhile, it lists the suitable and description of leaking suggestion provided as reference for other researchers in this field and for future construction planning. This thesis includes the following chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction Chapter 2 Looking back and relevant information about leaking phenomenon and method of water proofing design on building basement exterior wall Chapter 3 Actual survey about the topic Chapter 4 Organize and analyze about information collected and their gives results Chapter 5 The method and countermeasure about the topic Chapter 6 Conclusion and suggestion
